Worked by a group
Grid spacing is set at 1,100 mm so four to six stewards can tend simultaneously with tools out and nobody stepping into soil.

Zero penetrations
Ballast and friction only. The membrane is never drilled, so warranties stay intact and the roof stays a roof.
Levels across falls
Pedestals adjust 40–140 mm, taking out drainage falls so planters read dead level against the parapet line.
Wind-rated assembly
Tray ballast is specified per exposure zone from the site's terrain category — supplied with the calculation, not a guess.
Irrigated by default
A manifold and drip lines run inside the module frames, because a terrace at altitude dries faster than anyone expects.

Under two metres deep, so it lands in leftover ground: a threshold, an alley, the strip beside a substation.
One steward
Scoped to a single licence. One named POLLNr, one locker key, one record — the simplest version of accountability.
